I already posted this in Facebook too, in case you guys are there instead.

Other than the look of it (I have to admit, the movie does look beautiful) I was really dissapointed by it.
I realize that not everythiing can make it to the movie or it would be 6 hours long, but they left too much that was important to put those new made up scenes that add nothing to the story.
How can they cut out the battle at the end? And the fact that harry is not petrified by dumbledore, he just stands there and does nothing! WTF?
other things I hated:
ron comes off as a bit of an ass
hermione is tooo weepy
Ginny should be saucier
the tonks and lupin thing...why did they change that? there was a point to it the way it is in the book. If you are not gonna have the whole subplot then cut them out completely - not that I want them cut out but if you cut the subplot for time, then there is just no point.
they cut out the bill/fleur wedding thing too which now I'm thinking are they planning to cut out the entire wedding next movie? cuz they dont mention it at all plus they destroyed the burrow so it kinda looks like it.

Ok, i'll stop (for now) your turn

I've come to expect the movies to be a hopefully fun fanfic rather than a retelling of the actual story. I find some of the little things bother me more--stuff that they should have known better.
For example--why is the Felix Felicus clear? In the book it's gold! I'd think it would have shown up better in the film if it didn't look like a vial of WATER!

In the ridiculous scene with the waitress--(Yeah, LV wants Harry, so he hangs around the train station out in the open?), Harry is reading the Daily Prophet, and the waitress "thinks" she saw one of the pictures move? Isn't that against the Statute of Secrecy, letting a muggle see that?

You'd think they could at least keep things in continuity with the books, even if they don't tell the actual story.

Aside from all the bits left out. It was just actually kind of boring I thought. Other then the 3 kids and Dumbledore no one has any screen time. So all the performances seemed kind of flat except for Helena Bonham Carter, who managed to make good use of scenery chewing (in a good way).

My least favorite of the films by a large margin.
